The Union Of India, v. K.Purushotham,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.29914 OF 2015 ORDER: (per AKS,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners had informed the Court that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, as the impugned order, dated 04.12.2014, passed in O.A./020/00640/2014 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), has already been implemented in favour of the respondent No.1, thus rendering the Writ Petition as infructuous. 2.
A perusal of the material placed on record discloses that the respondent No.1 had attained the age of superannuation. On this ground also, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal.
3.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
