This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.02 of 2011 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, which arose out of Crime No.163 of 2007 of CCS, Hyderabad.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Calendar Case was ended in acquittal on 11.03.2022. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
