THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9936 of 2015 ORDER:

1. This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1, A3, A5 to A9 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.152 of 2015 on the file of Venkatagiri Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 464, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 65 and 66 of ITA Act.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that they hacked the Government Website and incorporated their names.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in a case of this nature, custodial interrogation is necessary. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
