HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7495 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.

2) Having regard to the above, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to raise all the contentions raised before the trial Court without prejudice to that right. Needless to say in the event of filing of an application under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice for one to represent the others, among the accused including for the petitioners, the learned Magistrate shall hear and permit with necessary conditions of personal appearance as and when required.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
