HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.2339 of 2009 ORDER:

The challenge to land acquisition proceeding is rendered ineffective, in view of the petitioners' participating in negotiations and consenting passing of Award No.32-2/ 08 dated 10.12.2009.

2. By referring to written instructions dated 02.08.2017, the Assistant Government Pleader (LA) submits that the compensation determined through Award No.32-2/ 08 dated 10.12.2009 was also paid.

3. Having regard to the above circumstances, the writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
