P.S. Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, to release the petitioner/Accued-2 on bail in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.37312020 of P.S. Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P Shiv Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Cout made the following. ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.373 of 2020 on the file of P.S. Rajendranagar, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 326,307,394 and 505 read with 109I.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.2, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the resPondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 would submit that the petitioner/accused No.2 has not committed any offence as alleged by the de facto complainant; that she is in no way connected with the alleged offence; that she has been falsely implicated by de facto complainant since there is a civil dispute between her husband, who is accused No.l and de facto complainanl. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner/accused No.2 and that the petitioner/accused No.2 is a law abiding citizen and she is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court in the event of her enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner/accused No.2, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.2.

6. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed and the petitioner/accused No.2 is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:

(1) The petitioner/accused No.2 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused No.2 on bail on her executing a

ll personal bond to the tune of Rs,15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties to the like amount each to his satisfaction.

(3) The petitioner shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

(a) The petitioner shall not misuse the liberty granted to her. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
