Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo before this Court on 06.04.2018, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition by stating that the respondents have complied with the demand of the petitioner and further assured him to look into the further aspects of the matter. If that is so, liberty is granted only to that extent and petitioner can invoke the jurisdiction of this Court only if there is any fresh cause of action.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
