Alleging that the school building situated within the limits of Ankhanpally Thanda is being demolished by the respondent authorities without completing the acquisition process and without rehabilitating the displaced families, this writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6; and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 3 and 7. 3.
It is not necessary for this Court, at this stage, to narrate the entire facts set out in the writ affidavit as well as the counter affidavit filed by the Executive Engineer-7th respondent.

The grievance of the petitioner as set out in the writ affidavit is to the effect that in the process of digging canal for Palamuru - Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Project, the school building situated at Ankhanpally Thanda is getting affected and it is the only school catering to the education needs of the Thanda people.

This Court, while ordering notice before admission, granted interim stay to the effect that the respondents shall not interfere with the school building without following due process.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it has been asserted that a new school building has been constructed at an adjacent location and the same has also been inaugurated and functioning since June 2018. In
wp_25071_2017 CKR, J support of the claim, the respondents have also filed photographs evidencing construction of a swanky new building along with other facilities. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that what has been stated in the counter affidavit is true and therefore no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Having regard to the respective submissions and in the light of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required in this case. 9.
