HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.31472 OF 2014 ORAL ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1.

Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 17.7.2014 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.4277 of 2014, whereby the application filed by the 1st respondent herein under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 has been disposed of directing the petitioners herein to continue the 1st respondent herein in service as home guard.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submits that the similar issue came before this Court in W.P.No.35460 of 2013 and batch filed by the Government and the said batch was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 8.6.2018.

The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the petitioners does not dispute that fact and he clearly admitted that in view of the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.No.35460 of 2013, nothing remains in the present writ petition.

Since the present writ petition is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.No.35460 of 2013, nothing remains in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
