This petition is filed, by the petitioner, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in unregistered Crime on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Gazi Bazar, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
