Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that alternative remedy is available against the impugned order before the Commissioner of Land Administration and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
