CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.8016 of 2004 Dated:17.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order, dated 17.3.2004, in Original Application No.1453 of 2002 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, Mr. A.Phani Bhushan Rao, the learned counsel representing Mr. C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has resigned as Grameena Dak Sevak of Kalayakagolu Village and was appointed as Grameena Dak Sevak of Potlapudi Village. He further submitted that in view of this subsequent event, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 27.4.2004, in WPMP.No.10435 of 2004 stands vacated and the said WPMP stands dismissed as infructuous.
