There was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 07.10.2015. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed.
