THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10690 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.15, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr.II) Department, dated 7-2-2014 as wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment as per the above G.O. dated 7-2-2014 and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 04.01.2016 to the respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass

appropriate orders on the representation dated 04.01.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
