THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No 5343 of 2018 ORDER:

In the present writ petition, the writ petitioner herein is praying for direction to the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, R.R.District at Malkajgiri.

The petitioner herein is questioning the non disposal of Criminal M.P.No..234 of 2016 in S.C.No.601 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, R.R.District.

In view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner, under the provisions of code of Criminal Procedure , this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy.

5.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous application, pending if any, shall stand closed.
