Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Services fairly concedes that the lis involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20-06-2017 passed in WP No.17700 of 2016 by this Court in an identical matter.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed for the reasons and in terms of the order dated 20-06-2017 passed in WP No.17700 of 2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
