THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.346 of 2008 JUDGMENT:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Section 30 of the Workmens' Compensation Act, 1923, by the applicant, is directed against the order, dated 20.08.1999, of the learned Commissioner for Workmens' Compensation - cum - Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Cuddapah, passed in W.C.No.110 of 1996.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appellant intends to withdraw and appeal and, accordingly, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, permission is accorded to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
