THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2775 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner has come up with the above revision seeking a limited relief, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the sit filed by him, within a time frame.

It is seen from the cause title that the respondents 1 and 3 are aged more than 70 years and the 4th respondent is aged about 65 years. The suit was of the year 2011.

Therefore, considering the above facts, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to take up the suit and dispose it of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
