Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging not registering the crime even though cognizable offence was reported on 11.03.2019.

On 28.03.2019 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.

4. Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that on 26.03.2019, Crime No.7 of 2019 was registered in Women Police Station, Sanga Reddy Town and District.

Even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
