HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No.6489 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that though application was filed on 05-03-2019 for extension of parole, granted earlier, for a period of three months with effect from 02-04-2019, and that the acknowledgment was also made on 11-03-2019, but no action has been taken on the said application by the respondents. Learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents, produced the proceedings, dated 27-03-2019, issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, Secretariat, Telangana State, rejecting the request for extension of parole.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
