In the present writ petition inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in registering the FIR on the complaints dated 12.12.2017 on 18.01.2018 said to have been made by the petitioner herein is under challenge. According to Section 154 (3) of the code of criminal procedure, the petitioner herein can approach the Superintendent of Police for redressal of his grievance. 2.

Keeping it open for the writ petitioner herein to avail the above said alternative remedy, the Writ petition stands disposed of . 3.
