Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner had applied on 06.06.2007 for survey and demarcation of the petitioner's land admeasuring Acres 2.28 cents in survey No.285/AA of Khanapuram Haveli Village, Khammam Urban Mandal and District. She alleges that the respondents have not taken any action on the said representation. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner has not paid requisite fee for the survey and she should have enclosed the same along with her application.

It is not the case of the respondents that the respondents have informed the petitioner how much fee is to be paid, by reply to the petitioner's representation dt.06.06.2007. 5.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to inform the petitioner about the charges for the survey sought by her within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioner shall then pay the said charges/fee within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of such response from the respondents 2 & 3, and on payment of such fee by the petitioner, respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
