The State Of Andhra Pradesh, v. M/S. Eric Johnson Laboratories, (A1)
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. KESHAVA RAO CRI MI NAL REVI SI ON CASE NO. 1896 OF 2010 ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the orders passed in C.C.No.174 of 1999 dated 11.6.2009, dismissing the complaint for default.
2.
On 22.11.2010, this Court ordered notice before admission and permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the respondents by registered post with acknowledgment due and to file proof of service. 3.
When the matter is called, it is informed that the order dated 22.11.2010 is not complied with.
4.
From the impugned order it is evident that the complainant was absent continuously. There was no representation. Though ample time was given to the prosecution, there was no response.
5.
Even in the present Criminal Revision Case, though notice was ordered on 22.11.2010 and personal notice was permitted, the same is not complied with. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
