HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.469 of 2018 ORDER:

Dr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner/accused, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case showing the correct provision of law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as sought.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
