(Per Sanjay Kumar, J) Sri Maruti Rao Srungarapu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case in the light of the later developments.

Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. It shall be open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds urged in this Writ Petition in the later case.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
