O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities are not properly investigating Crime No.1163 of 2014 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad.

It is admitted by Sri B. Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is not the complainant in the said crime and that the said crime was registered upon the complaint made by the petitioner's tenant.

Any grievance about investigation in the crime would therefore have to be made by the complainant and not by the petitioner who is a stranger thereto. The petitioner has no locus to maintain this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
