This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds as per online Revenue Record to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed to the petitioner, basing on the online entries which are reflected in 1-B and Pahanies.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of Acs.1.20 guntas in Survey No.226/ AA/ 2, Acs.11.25 guntas in Survey No.184/ AA/ 2, Acs.4.02 guntas in Survey No.185/ AA/ 3, Acs.1.13 guntas in Survey No.183/ AA, Acs.4.20 guntas in Survey No.227/ AA/ 3, Acs.10.35 guntas in Survey No.225/ AA/ 1 and Acs.9.01 guntas in Survey No.169/ 4, situated at Narsampally Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District. Mutation of the said lands is already made in favour of the petitioner and the revenue records are also updated. In spite of the same, Pattadar Pass Books are not issued in respect of the aforementioned land to the petitioner by the authorities concerned.

The petitioner filed the copies of the pahanies and other revenue records to substantiate his right, title and interest over the aforementioned lands, which are in tune with the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner. There is no denial by the respondents with regard to the mutation and changes made in the revenue records in respect of the aforementioned lands.

Under these circumstances, the respondents 2 to 5 are directed to issue Pattadar Pass Books and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Acs.1.20 guntas in Survey No.226/ AA/ 2, Acs.11.25 guntas in Survey No.184/ AA/ 2, Acs.4.02 guntas in Survey No.185/ AA/ 3, Acs.1.13 guntas in Survey No.183/ AA, Acs.4.20 guntas in Survey No.227/ AA/ 3, Acs.10.35 guntas in Survey No.225/ AA/ 1 and Acs.9.01 guntas in Survey No.169/ 4, situated at Narsampally Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per the governing regulations.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
