This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.12 of 2019 of Mahabubnagar II Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

The earlier anticipatory bail application of this petitioner/ accused was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 28.02.2019, passed in Criminal Petition No.1025 of 2019. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to quash the proceedings in the subject crime under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
