The grievance of the petitioner is that his objections dated 14.5.2007 and 16.7.2007 are pending with the respondents with regard to the payment of the compensation amounts pertaining to the land to an extent of Ac.2.20 gts., in Survey No.,19, at Dornala Village, Darur Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District pursuant to the land acquisition in Package No.98 for Jawahar Lift Irrigation Project, Gadwal as per Certificate No.A1/324/06, dated 17.10.2007 on the file of the respondent No.1. Hence, he filed this writ petition for redressal of his grievance. However, the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the respondent No1., within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law, within a period of two months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
