This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.02.2017.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as F.I.R.No.328 of 2017, dated 24.04.2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
