HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3632 of 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A3 seeks to quash the FIR No.97 of 2014 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Sections 406, 420,468 and 471 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:12.01.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkesar P.S, Cyberabad Commissionerat, and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.440 of 2016 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

There is no representation for petitioner.
