THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.5078 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioners in this Writ Petition is that they have applied for Occupancy Right Certificate under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition Act, 1955 to 2nd respondent on 21.11.2013; and that it has been forwarded to 3rd respondent for passing of appropriate orders thereon, but till date the 3rd respondent has not disposed of the said application.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for respondents states that the respondents will pass orders and the 3rd respondent will dispose of petitioners' application within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dt.21.11.2013 for grant of Occupancy Right Certificate in respect of the subject land within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
