With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

Heard Mr.P.Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Public Health appearing for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petltioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. I 4.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released II to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneFiciaries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.2,19,564/- with Token No.2519750605, dated

\ t9.O7.2024, Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.13,80,436l- with Token No.2519750583, dated L9.O7.2024, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.4,7I,32L/- with Token No.2519750640, dated t9.07.2024, Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.29,63,284/- with Token No.2519750619, dated 19.07.2024, Encashment of Leave and HpL amount of Rs.24,34,965/- with Token No.2518650434, dated 20.07.2024, General Provident Fund amount of Rs.62,05,332/- with Token No.2517540849, dated 11.07.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt oF a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
