HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3580 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Special Standing Counsel for C.B.I.

For the reasons submitted by learned counsel for petitioners/ Accused Nos.8 and 9, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/ Accused Nos.8 and 9 are directed to appear before the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam, in C.C.No.14 of 2011 on 27.04.2015 to which date the case is posted for framing of charges and on such appearance, the learned Judge shall recall the N.B.W. issued against them. Further, the petitioners/ Accused Nos.8 and 9 shall cooperate with the Court for framing of charges and smooth completion of the trial.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
