HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10716 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the issuance of tender notification dated 14.05.2009 for supply of man power for the period from 01.06.2009 to 31.01.2010.

This Court by order dated 29.05.2009 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioiner dated 09.03.2009 pending disposal of the main writ petition.

3.

In view of expiry of the period for which the contract was intended, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
