HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.759 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order, dated 27.01.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.124 of in Crl.M.P.No.173 of 2013 in Crime No.9/RCA-TCD/2011 by the Special Judge for trial of ACB Cases in Rayalaseema Region at Kurnool, to the extent of extending the attachment only for one year i.e., from 11-01-2012 to 10-01-2013. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the trial Court passed the interim attachment order on the basis of the fresh authorization, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and it has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
