When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents have submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.29763 of 2014 dated 20.04.2017. In view of the above submission, for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order and in terms thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
