This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.805 of 2012 on the file of the court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District. The offences alleged are under Sections 498A and 420 IPC and Sections 3 to 5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police has filed a memo stating that case has been referred as lack of evidence on 02.04.2011.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 11.09.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
