HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.395 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 09.02.2017 in Crl.MP.No.5417 of 2016 in C.C.No.1895 of 2008 passed by the VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ complainant.

Heard both sides.

The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file application under Section 24(8) proviso of the amended Cr.P.C. to conduct the prosecution, for the Court to consider and pass appropriate orders, as the de facto complainant claims within the meaning of victim under Section 2(w)(a) of the amended Cr.P.C. in the report given to police by her, for the alleged harassment under Section 498-A I.P.C. and other offences against the husband and in-laws etc., the lower Court is directed to dispose of the application under Section 24(8) proviso Cr.P.C. if filed before proceeding with the arguments of the case.
