ORDER:

Based on the order obtained from the trial Court in I.A.No.290 of 2019 in O.S.No.186 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019, where under injunction was granted, petitioner seeks Police aid for enforcement of said injunction order. It is seen from the order itself that it was ex parte injunction order and the matter was adjourned to 20.03.2019. According to learned counsel for petitioner, on 20.03.2019 matter was adjourned to 04.04.2019 extending the interim order for a limited period. That being so, it cannot be said that order has become absolute for the petitioner to seek enforcement of the said order. Further, it is seen that the order was granted by the Civil Court on 05.03.2019, and the representation was made on 18.03.2019 to provide Police protection. Immediately thereafter, Writ Petition is filed. Further, based on the complaint lodged by petitioner, Crime No.111 of 2019 was already registered and in the said complaint, petitioner alleged illegal interference and deliberate attempt to grab his property. 2.

Having regard to the same, Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedies in the pending suit. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
