This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider their case for absorption in to the aided posts as proposed in the Memo No.12199/ PS-1/ 2004-1, dated 17.08.2004 and to declare the action of the respondents as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. This writ petition is filed in the year 2008. The learned Government Pleader for School Education Smt. Vani Reddy submits that the petitioners are not working as on today in unaided posts in the School of 4th respondent. In view of the foregoing reasons, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
