Heard. Perused the record.

Vide order, dated 22.11.2019, the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat. On 14.12.2019, the appellant/ Insurance Company represented by Smt.N.Kalpana, Manager, sought permission to withdraw the appeal as the Insurance Company was not interested in pursuing the appeal. In view of the same, the Appeal was disposed of as withdrawn and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Award, dated 14.12.2019, passed by the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award to this judgment.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
