HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI APPEAL SUIT No.256 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Learned counsel for the appellants filed a copy of the letter addressed by the counsel appearing for the appellants before the Court below. It reads as follows:

" The parties in A.S.256/ 2018 on the file of Hon'ble High Court of A.P. which is a first appeal filed on behalf of our clients against the decree and judgment in O.S.22/ 2010 on the file of Addl.Dist.Judge Court, Hindupur.

Now the parties to the appeal effected compromise. As per the compromise the appellants herein are not intending to contest the appeal. Hence, it is hereby requested to you to not press the appeal as settled out of court."

2. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
