THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6522 of 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are threatening to demolish her houses bearing No.2-75 and 2-75/1 in an extent of 196 square yards, situated at Miyapur New Colony, Miyapur, Hyderabad, without issuing any notice and without calling for any explanation from her. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that no action would be taken against the petitioner without following due process of law.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of making it clear that the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the houses in question without following due process of law.
