ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to establish new Sub-Registrar Office in the Village of Anandapuram being a Mandal Head Quarters as per the notification of the 1st respondent published in Vartha Daily News paper on 3.8.2007.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition, the Sub Registrar Office was established in Anandapuram Village, but when it was proposed to shift the building from one place to another place in the same village in a building constructed by Gram Panchayat vide proceedings dated 29.9.2016 of the District Registrar, Visakhapatnam, PIL No.104 of 2016 was filed.

A reading of the proceedings dated 29.09.2016 shows that the Sub-Registrar office is existing in Anandapuram Village. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
