HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.242 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

Since there was no representation for the appellant on 26.06.2015, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. When the matter was listed on 17.07.2015, a request was made to list it next week, and, accordingly, listed on 24.07.2015 under the same caption. Again, at request, it was listed on 07.08.2015 under the same caption. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.

Hence, the instant Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
