This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.6 to 9 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.79 of 2017 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 10.09.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is going to be referred as 'Lack of Evidence', as per the proceedings, dated 26.09.2017, of ACP, Rajendranagar Division, Cyberabad. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
