This Criminarl Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1187 of 2019 pending on the file of ludicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, Warangal. The olTences alleged against them are under Sections 447, 427 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime seeks permission cf this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition and to agitate all the grounds that are raised before this Court by filing discharge application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the Cdminal Petition is disposed of. Needless to say, in the event of the petitioners filing an application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. seeking discharge, the concerned Court shall dispose it of on merits after hearing arguments within a period of four (04) weeks.
