HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.6572 OF 2020 ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the e-auction notice dated 18.03.2020 issued by the respondent Bank. Heard Sri Madhu Babu Chillakapati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Hamsa Raj, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank.
Sri M.Hamsa Raj, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank submits that auction could not take place because of prevailing circumstances and that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge if any auction notice is issued afresh, in respect of subject property. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
