Learned counsel appearing on either side submits that the order dated 01.09.2017 in WP.No.29290 of 2017 has been complied with and that no further orders required in the Contempt Case. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
